Spiritual direction is a space of prayerful listening and companionship. It’s a place to slow down and notice God’s presence and activity in your real life: your relationships, your questions, your longing, your grief, your formation. It’s not about fixing you. It’s about helping you become more attentive to love: God’s love, and the way that love is shaping you over time.
